COMMENTARY

Our analysis of multiples within our ‘Super Sectors’ suggested that there was a small improvement in pricing in most industries during the first half of 2025.

As well as our analysis of Super Sectors, we explored valuation trends in the Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) industry, a sub-sector of our Technology, Media & Entertainment Super Sector. Within SaaS we shine a spotlight on software companies serving the healthcare industry, a niche that has attracted significant buying interest during H1 2025.
