A total of 373 deals were recorded as completed in September 2025 by the publication date.

DEAL COMMENTARY

The largest deal was CapVest”s majority acquisition of STADA for £8.7 billion.

SPOTLIGHT TRANSACTIONS

Other deals during September included:

• Skyward Specialty’s acquisition of Apollo Group for £414 million.
• Diversified Energy’s acquisition of Canvas Energy for £406 million.
• Natara’s acquisition of Treatt PLC for £156 million.

The smaller end of the market witnessed the following deals:

• Elixirr International’s acquisition of TRC Advisory for £93 million.
• Sysco GB’s acquisition of Fairfax Meadow for £54 million.
• NOTE AB’s acquisition of Kasdon Electronics for £34.1 million.
