HIGHLIGHTS

March has been the strongest month for UK M&A activities in 2025.

DEAL COMMENTARY

The largest deal in March was Google LLC’s acquisition of Wiz, Inc for £24.7bn.

SPOTLIGHT TRANSACTIONS

Other deals during February included:

• VIAVI Solutions’ acquisition of Spirent Communications for £335 million.
• T-Mobile’s acquisition of Blis for £135 million.
• Emerald Holdings’ acquisition of Insurtech Insights for £124 million.

The smaller end of the market witnessed the following deals:

• Modella Capital’s acquisition of WH Smith’s UK high street retail division for £76 million.
• Eurocell PLC’s acquisition of Alunet Systems for £35 million.
• Cake Box’s acquisition of Ambala Foods for £22 million.
