This week, Kathryn Stevenson is joined by Michael Dunn from DSW. Michael joined Dow Schofield Watts in 2023 to launch its office in Cardiff. Before this, he was at a corporate finance boutique, where he worked on an array of M&A and Debt Advisory transaction processes. Working in a wide range of sectors, he has a particular specialism in Business Services such as recruitment and training. Prior to his work in Corporate Finance, Michael also spent three years working in the London insurance market, specialising in international trade finance as a Credit and Political Risk Underwriter. Michael and his team work with dynamic mid-market and owner-managed businesses, owners, private equity investors and management teams.
